Refund Policy

We want SF to earn its place in your setup. Because it is digital software delivered right away, here is how refunds work.

1. The 14 day window

You can ask for a refund within 14 days of buying if SF is faulty, not as described, or not working for you, subject to the conditions below.

2. When we may say no

• Requests made more than 14 days after purchase.
• Clear evidence of license abuse, such as sharing or cracking the software.
• Buyer's remorse where the system requirements were clearly listed and met before you bought.

3. How to ask

Email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout, with your order number (it is on your receipt) and a short note about the problem. If something is broken, we will usually try to fix it first, since most issues are a quick setup step.

4. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

5. Your statutory rights

Nothing here takes away any consumer rights you have under the law of your country that cannot be waived.
